Ultimate Circle - A new partner for non-profit organizations - PRESS RELEASE [ Europe / Non-profit / Management ]
Brussels, June 2nd 2009 - Non-profit organizations now have a dedicated partner in Brussels. Founded in early 2009 as a response to the needs observed in various organization's boards, Ultimate Circle provides non-profit entities with professional support from their initial launch to daily management, including communication, advocacy and fundraising issues.

Needless to say, Brussels is the place to be for organizations that wish to have European presence. Being heard is another thing though : while 3000 interest groups are currently active at E.U. scale, only 10% are NGOs, whereas 70% represent private business interests (*). Non-profits also often lack consistent fundings ; as a consequence only those with strong management and communication skills actually play a significant role.
"There is no shortage of good will people devoted to smart causes", says Alexandra Combes, Ultimate Circle Founder. "With information society and web 2.0., everyone is now aware of what is going on and feels like making the world a better place". Not that easy though, when it comes to face big industries interests.
"Demonstrating in the streets, sending white papers to politicians (…) are good initiatives, but not sufficient," she continues. "If you want to carry out your project properly, you need to be surrounded by communication professionals and a strong back office, or you will soon be overwhelmed."
To address those issues Ultimate Circle offers three ranges of services to NGOs, think tanks and associations : "1° launching and managing your legal entity in Brussels ; 2° defining and applying your communication strategy ; 3° developing and coordinating your European projects."
