						 <p>Speakers who have accepted to participate include Alan Winters (Sussex University and DFID); Mustapha Nabli (World Bank); André Sapir (Free Univeristy of Brussels); François Bourguignon (Paris School of Economics); Pierre Jacquet (AFD); and Carlos Winograd (associate researcher at Paris School of Economics).</p> <p>On this occasion, around 700 academics and development practitioners from both the North and the South will gather to exchange views on these critical issues. 						 <p>The IFOAM EU Group represents the 300 member organisations of IFOAM (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements) in theEU-27, EFTA and the accession countries. Member organisations include: consumer, farmer and processor associations ; research, education and advisory organisations ; certification bodies and commercial organic companies.</p> <p>The December 1st forum will bring together high-level representatives from the EU institutions and about 200 participants representing organic farming associations, the organic processing and retailing business and other interested people and organisations from the EU Member States and beyond. 						 <p>The conference "IDENTIFICATION OF (VULNERABLE ?) ASYLUM SEEKERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE RECEPTION CONDITIONS DIRECTIVE 2003/9: CONCEPTS, PROCEDURE AND PURPOSES" is the result of a close cooperation between lawyers specialised in refugee law member of the Odysseus Academic Network and social workers dealing with asylum seekers. It will also benefit from the experience of several NGOs running projects on the ground.
